📋 Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using My Skills Test, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• One account per user — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Subscription & Access

• Access to premium content requires an active paid subscription
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only
• We reserve the right to modify subscription plans with prior notice
• Inactive accounts may be deactivated after 12 months

4. Content Usage

All content on My Skills Test including videos, notes, question banks and live classes is protected by copyright. You may not:

• Download, copy or distribute any content without permission
• Share your login credentials or screen-record classes
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack our platform

5. Code of Conduct

Users must maintain respectful behaviour in live classes and support interactions. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate community standards.

6. Disclaimer

My Skills Test provides educational content to assist exam preparation. We do not guarantee exam success or specific results. Content accuracy is maintained but we are not liable for any errors in study material.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms without prior notice. Refunds in such cases will be governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
